SILVER - TIER:

Our silver tier package delivers an edited slideshow comprised of AERIAL PHOTOS ONLY taken of your listing along with basic transitioning, & music. Our Silver tier includes text that describes the properties features and unique attributes. This is the cheapest of our Marketing services and provides an edge for those listings that just need a small boost.

Gold - Tier:

Our Gold tier package delivers an edited video that is comprised of only aerial recordings (no pictures), edited with background music, basic transitioning, and includes text describing the properties, features, and unique attributes. This is a great way to showcase your listing using stunning aerial footage that is edited into a short music video, bringing your listing to life.

Platinum - Tier:

Our Platinum tier package includes aerial & hand held video recordings (no pictures), background music, unique transitions, and text describing the properties features and unique attributes. The difference in the Platinum package vs. the Gold package is that the video clips are synchronized with the music and descriptive text which, creates a much higher quality video that is dramatic and eye catching. We also use hand held cameras & gimbals to capture stunning footage on the ground. The Platinum package will bring your entire property to life by showing off the biggest, and smallest features that make your listing unique.

Additional Editing Services

Call-OUTS:

clients can request to have “call-outs” added to their video which highlight items of interest such as a hot tub, she-sheds, land features, utilities, etc. These are a great way to bring attention to the properties unique features and describe in better detail, what buyers will be getting when they purchase this property or parcel.

Property Line animation:

For additional cost, clients can request to have their properties boundaries displayed in the video to show potential buyers where the approximate lot lines are and what’s included in the listing.
